For the chemical industry Oschatz develops and produces turnkey residue combustion plants and core components for a whole range of plants including sulphuric acid, nitric acid, caprolactam and hydroxylamine plants. Thanks to decades of experience, the company and its employees have acquired special expertise in the fields of residue combustion, heat transfer, water circulation, heating surface cleaning, corrosion and erosion processes and damage analysis. This experience means that Oschatz is ranked among the world’s specialists when it comes to utilising heat or disposing of gaseous or liquid products that arise in the chemical industry’s various production flows.

Depending on where they will be used, the plants and components are produced in either of our two ultra-modern production plants near Istanbul in Turkey or Nanjing in China – and it goes without saying that they meet all international quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASME certification, the Pressure Equipment Directive or the EU standard.
