Precisely tuned waste heat systems
Oschatz waste heat boiler systems have been used for decades throughout the world in all processes used to extract non-ferrous metals such as lead, copper, nickel, zinc or tin.
In these processes both the hot, sticky and dust-laden process gases and the often corrosive substances in non-ferrous metallurgy represent a challenge for gas cooling and heat recovery: the various factors have to be much more precisely matched with each other than is the case in other fields. Thanks to state-of-the-art manufacturing methods for the waste heat boilers in combination with innovative cleaning systems for the heat transfer surfaces, safe and reliable process gas cooling systems can be made that meet individual customer requirements. The customised solutions mean that if the need arises our customers have the option of increasing the capacity of their plants even after decades of operation.
